1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bro444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "bro444"), accessible at bro444.click. They apply to all use of the bro444 website and any services, games, promotions and features offered through it.

4. Deposits & Payments

bro444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard. No foreign currency conversions are applied — all transactions are processed in PKR.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your bro444 wallet within minutes in most cases. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider's systems.
• bro444 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — check with them directly.
• bro444 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large or unusual deposits.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes before withdrawal.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bro444 may be made at any time subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to accounts verified in the player's own name. bro444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is 5–30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.

All bets placed on bro444 are final once confirmed. bro444 will void a bet only in specific circumstances — such as a clear system error that produced a manifestly incorrect price, or the cancellation of a real sports event before it starts. Bets are not voided simply because the outcome was unfavourable.

• Maximum bet and payout limits vary by game and market and are clearly displayed before a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, bro444 will investigate using server logs. Where no result can be confirmed, the bet stake will be refunded.
• Odds and game outcomes cannot be influenced by players, bro444 staff or any external party. All results are generated or determined independently.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time for operational reasons. Bets already confirmed at the time of suspension are honoured.
• bro444 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on specific markets for individual accounts if irregular betting patterns are detected.

8. Game Fairness & RNG

• By bro444: bro444 may suspend or permanently close an account if a player is found to have breached these Terms, if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, if the account is at risk of facilitating money laundering, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to bro444 or other players.
• In cases of termination due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bro444 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings and to deduct any bonus amounts applied to the account.

14. Limitation of Liability

16. Changes to These Terms

Changes to Terms take effect 7 days after notification for existing players, or immediately for new registrations.

Continued use of bro444 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using bro444 and may close your account as described in Section 13.
